Our Estimating process

• Review of your project- First we'll take a look at the project. For larger projects, we'll perform a site visit, and iron out initial ideas with you and/or your GC. For smaller projects, we may request some information and photos via email.
• Estimate - We'll provide a digital line-item estimate for your project. This will define the scope of work.
• Labor Agreement - Before we start, we'll provide a labor agreement for both parties to sign. This establishes a timeline for the work, a timeline for payment, and gives you assurance the scope of work will be completed.
• Permitting - We will pull the appropriate electrical permits for your project and locale. We schedule the inspections. Hard and digital copies can be provided.
